ENTRY GUIDELINES

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Forms should be filled in English only. All the fields are compulsory. Please fill (NA) in the fields which are not applicable. Incomplete forms or forms with incomplete sections may not be considered. However, in case of other than English or Hindi, the participant needs to submit an English Language Translation.
• The entries can be submitted by individuals or organizations.
• A participating organization can send entries in more than one eligible category. Each applicant would need a separate online application form to be filled. One form cannot be used for multiple entries. However, the Jury may not be allowed to move entries between categories during the evaluation process.
• The Jury has the right to reclassify application forms from one category to another or reject the application, at its discretion.
• It is highly recommended to provide all monetary figures in INR. Please maintain one copy of the completed form with you for your records.
• The agreed Declaration by the Authorised person of the organization is mandatory.
• The submission of the Entry Form assumes that entrants have carefully read the terms and other information and agree to abide by them.
• Entries need to be submitted online with all the relevant details that are being asked for. The Organisers will not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete entry.
• An Entry will be considered acceptable only upon realisation of the Payment through Online or Offline Mode for the respective nomination(s).
• On the submission of an entry, you will receive an email acknowledging your entry with the details you have entered. Note in case we receive two entries for the same nomination only the one received last will be considered for the process.
• All nomination(s)/entries submitted will become the property of BRANDSUN Promotion. Submission of entry also authorizes the BRANDSUN to use images and/or profile for social media promotion or any other medium for the purpose of promoting or reporting the awards with due credits.
• If any entry is found to be plagiarized, the entry will be disqualified.

SELECTION PROCESS

• All valid entries will be screened by an interim jury panel.
• The jury will have the sole right and discretion to reject entries that in their view do fail to meet the minimum specified requirements.
• The cost of travel incurred by participants, if any, would need to be borne by the participant.
• There could be one or more winners in each award category, as mentioned in the category section. However, the final decision will be at the discretion of the Jury.
• Jury’s decision on all matters relating to these Awards would be final and binding on all participants, and non-contestable. In case the Jury does not come to a consensus on a particular category, the Jury may not award that category and proceed as it otherwise deems suitable.

PAYMENTS

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 50,000 + 18% GST will be charged per entry. All payments to be made online only.
